By confirming your order, you acknowledge having read these general terms and conditions of sale and accept them in their entirety.

Art by femi.the.god reserves the right to modify these conditions. The applicable conditions are those in force at the time the order is placed.

- PRODUCTS AND PRICES -

The products sold on www.femithegod.art www.femithegod.bigcartel.com include original artworks, signed prints, and limited-edition apparel designed by femi.the.god.

Each product is presented with one or more photographs, a descriptive text, and a price in GBP (£).
While photographs are made to be as accurate as possible, colours may vary depending on individual computer or phone screens.
Prices are in GBP, inclusive of VAT where applicable, and exclusive of shipping costs.
Shipping costs vary depending on the weight and volume of the products and are displayed at checkout.

For large framed artworks or one-off pieces, specialised shipping may apply. Please contact us via email at [email protected] for a delivery quote before ordering.

- PAYMENT -

We accept the following payment methods:

Credit or Debit Card: Payments are processed securely via Stripe or PayPal.
PayPal: You can pay directly with your PayPal account.

If you require an invoice, please request one after completing your purchase by emailing [email protected].

- DELIVERY -

We ship worldwide from the United Kingdom.

Orders are dispatched using tracked delivery services (Royal Mail, DHL, or equivalent depending on location and order size).
A tracking number will be emailed once your order has been shipped.
Delivery costs include both postage and packaging.
Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout — we cannot be held responsible for lost parcels due to incorrect addresses.

- RETURNS & WITHDRAWAL PERIOD -

In accordance with UK consumer protection regulations, buyers have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return or exchange.

Items must be returned at the buyer’s expense, in original packaging, and in perfect condition.
Custom, personalised, or made-to-order items are non-refundable.
To request a return, please contact [email protected] before shipping the item back.
Refunds will be processed once the returned product is received and inspected.

- PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA -

Your personal information is used solely for processing and delivering your order. It will never be shared with third parties except where required for shipping or payment processing.
